    Cancellation Policy:

    Unless there are special circumstances (and at the discretion of the course instructor):-
    Your payment is NOT refundable unless a substitute rider/participant can take your place.
    Your deposit for a horse/rider position cannot be automatically transferred to a non-horse participant status, another course or learning format.
    If you pay deposits for more than one course, deposits for other courses cannot be automatically transferred to pay the balance of another course or credited to another learning format.
    However in saying all that, me and my team are compassionate human beings, so at our discretion and with as much prior notice as possible (so we can try to find a replacement), we will try to be fair and accommodate unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances that may arise.

    If the event cannot be run or you cannot attend the event due to COVID 19 restrictions your deposit will be credited to a future event or can be used for another form of learning (i.e. video coaching or on line learning).
